Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to everything you buy from the Defender Sightings shop. Please read them before you order — by placing an order you accept them.

The Defender Sightings shop is operated by Silver Trading OÜ, registered in the Estonian Commercial Register.

Products and prices
All prices are in euros and include Estonian VAT at 22%. The price you see is the price you pay for the item; delivery is added at checkout and shown before you confirm the order.
The products are photographed in-house and shown as honestly as possible, but screens vary, so the exact shade of green or gold may look slightly different in your hands.
Placing an order
Choose your items, go to checkout, fill in your delivery details and pay. You will get an order confirmation by email. The contract between you and Silver Trading OÜ comes into force when that confirmation is sent. If something you ordered turns out to be out of stock, you will be told and that item refunded in full.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. You can pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna, depending on what your device and country support. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored on this website.
Delivery
Everything is posted from Estonia as a standard letter through Omniva. Delivery is € 3.90 anywhere in the world, and free on orders over € 75.
Orders are posted within two working days. From there the usual times are:
- Estonia — 2 to 5 working days
- Rest of the European Union — 5 to 14 working days
- Everywhere else — 10 to 30 working days
A standard letter is not tracked, which is what keeps the postage this cheap. If your order has not arrived within 30 days, email the shop and a replacement will be sent or your money refunded.
Orders going outside the European Union may attract customs duties or import taxes in the destination country. Those are set by your own customs authority and are yours to pay — Silver Trading OÜ has no way of collecting or estimating them in advance.
Returns and refunds
If you are a consumer in the European Union you have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind, no reason needed. The full details, including how to send an item back and when you get your money, are in the Refund and Returns Policy.
If something is wrong with your order
You have a two-year right of claim under Estonian law for goods that do not match what was described or that are faulty. Email the shop with your order number and a photo, and the item will be replaced or refunded. Postage for returning a faulty item is covered by Silver Trading OÜ.

Write to info@defendersightings.com with any question or complaint. Questions are answered within 14 days, and usually within two working days.
If we cannot agree
If a complaint cannot be settled between us, you can take it to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet), Endla 10a, Tallinn 10122, info@ttja.ee. Consumers in the EU can also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
Law and changes
Estonian law applies to these terms, and nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under it. These terms may be updated; the version in force is the one published here on the day you place your order.
